What are my delivery options?

All of our orders ship within 2~5 business days of purchase (does not include weekends).
Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or duties and fees mandated by customs (Customs $ value will be annotated as the full value of all products - discounts are not considered in the customs total value) . International orders may take approximately 15 business days or more for delivery, depending on the respective country's customs and postal processes.

USA:
Shipping to the USA for all orders is based on weight and starts at $3.99.
Free Standard Shipping to the USA for orders of $39.99 or more!
All US orders are shipped based by weight using USPS First Class Mail (under 13 ounces), USPS Priority Mail (13 ounces - 3 lbs) and UPS Standard (3-5 lbs). All US orders will be received within 2-5 business days.
*Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed by the postal service.

Canada: 
We offer Free Shipping to Canada for orders with total greater than $75*. Orders below $75 are shipped based by weight
Outside of US:
All orders are shipped based by weight using USPS First Class International Package  (approximately 7-15 Days). 

Please note duties and fees mandated by customs (customs $ value will be annotated as the full value of all products - discounts are not considered in the customs total value).

If shipping to outside of U.S., do I need to pay customs fees or any other specific country duties and fees?

If there are any, duties and fees will be paid by recipient.  Before making your purchase, it is important to understand your customs or any other specific duties and fees that may be associated with your respective country.

How do returns work?

We want you to love your experience with CHEERSCHEERS and your new mask sheet products. On the off chance that you don't, we're here to help!
As a CHEERSCHEERS customer, you're entitled to the following:

*Only new and unopened mask sheets are accepted for return.
*Return shipping charges are responsibility of the purchaser.
*Returning item(s) should be postmarked by the 14 calendar days of the date when you received the order. Please note No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days from the date you received the order. The item(s) will be shipped back at your expense.

* We recommend using a delivery service that offers package tracking and basic insurance coverage.
